I'm sorry I didn't read and post for the last 4 to 5 weeks, I was pretty much without internet.
I'll have to catch up on a loooot, so I rather think I won't catch up but simply start to go on my FL again - just so you on.
If anything important happened during the last weeks, please tell me!
I also want to get rid of a huuuuuge:
Thanks a lot to everyone who helped me with the music playlist regarding Vampires, to everyone who wished me a happy birthday and just so you know: the party was amazing and the music was really, really cool and the games were so much fun and the costumes were really cool, Swantje even came as a vampire hunter with bow an arrows and so on.
*hugs every single wonderful person on my FL*
Thing is, this year I wanna do it under the theme 'tru:blood' / vampires.
Therefore I need >>> MUSIC <<< that fits the theme.
So I'm asking for any songs you know which deal with vamps or halloween.
I'd be really, really thankful!
Anyway, hope we get some more vamps in SN as well :D
Anyway, tomorrow morning I'll get rid of my evil, evil tonsils in the hope that I'll get better and not become an antibiotica-addict. Therefore I'll be in hospital until Sunday with no internet :(
I already miss you all soooo much *hugs-you-a-lot*
I'll be back!
I wonder if anyone, for some money, is willing to order these items for me and send them to Germany???
SN-CAL09COMBO SUPERNATURAL 2009 CALENDAR COMBO SET 1 44.95 44.95
SN-MUG3 DISAPPEARING MUG "JUST BEGUN" 1 10.00 10.00
SN-SHTR1 SUPERNATURAL "LEVELS" SHOOTER 1 8.00 8.00
I'd also love to have the SN 3rd season DVD set (with car if still available), but i.e. BestBuy only ships within the US.
I had to cancel my two week vacation which I'd planned for Sept. this year, because I'll have a little op (I'll finally get rid of my tonsils) which will put me down for at least two weeks and which I'll therefore not have once the semester has started already.
No vacation -> some money to spend otherwise -> finally some SN fan stuff :D
I'd be sooo glad if someone could by these items for me, there is no urgent need to have them, just maybe by my birthday would be cool (halloween, 31st October), so that maybe someone can give one of these to me as a present. I'd be willing to give you the money in advance and you could even keep it for a while, before ordering the stuff.
I'm a Mazda Miata!
You like to soak up the sun, but your tastes are down to earth. Everyone thinks you're cute. Life is a winding road, and you like to take the curves in stride. Let other people compete in the rat race - you're just here to enjoy the ride.
Take the Which Sports Car Are You? quiz.
I've been kinda busy between lying sick in bed and working, so I'm sorry if I haven't been to your LJ's lately. I'll try to be a good friend and comment again :D
*hugs* to all my FL,
Have a great WE,
So, for all of you who always wanted to see the Love Parade, but can't^^ here is a link to the >>> live video stream <<<
Paul Van Dyk is on atm, so awesome music :D
If there are one or more people on your friends list who make your world a better place just because they exist, and who you would not have met (in real life or not) without the Internet, then post this same sentence in your journal.
Cause, definitely YES, you guys and girls rock the world - well at least my little world...
And before you ask, I somehow can't get rid of the italics...
Anyhow, exam time is sooooon over, just one week to go, and I hope to be able to at least write a little bit myself, I have this totally awesome scenario in my head, which I definitely have to type down sometime soon... Okay, maybe I could also try to work on my WIPs...
So, have a nice week - what's left of it anyway - have fun,
Ok, the weekend was more fun, Thursday last week I went to a WiSo party, Friday I went into the "Altstadt" (oldest part of a city, ehm, central city?) in Düsseldorf with a few friends, Saturday the occasional work at the bookshop, then I got Isabel with the car and we visited the village's "Kirmes" (fair), but it was really lame, probably because the weather was pretty bad. Well, we watched "Bad Boys II", it was a little like the action of a PC game, if you ask me at least... Anyway, Sunday morgning, or rather noon, I baked a cake which I then took to my aunt Eva's. In the evening I just wanted to pass by at Isabel's and leave the last two peaces of the cake, but I ended up watching "Zatoichi"; I really liked that film.
Well, so, busy weekend, therefore, of course, I did nothing for University, which then of course lead to me skipping Psychology again so that I could finish my essay on Romanticism / Pre-Modernism...
Oh, a BIG FAT thank you to JESSICA :D She saved my day on Friday last week, since she just mentioned that if I didn't know where the department's video-library was, I should just ask the professor :D Too obvious ^^ Well, I found the vid which I was looking for for one of my courses and watched it on Wednesday. Hm, funny thing is, we didn't even talk about it on Thursday, so apart from the fact that "The History Boys" was a cool movie to watch, it was for nothing...
Today I'll meet up with Isabel and go to Düsseldorf again. Tomorrow it's work at the bookshop again and then I'll come back to Dortmund because on Sunday there is an awesome departmental soccer fun-cup - and I'm taking part ;D
So, I have a week's worth of FL to check through... Have fun everyone, I hope the weather at you place is just as awesome as it is here :D
